Alpha Agriculture Co., Ltd. (AA) is committed in the Belt and Road Initiative which promotes the comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Malaysia for the benefit of the people from the two countries. AA will partner with MCM Ventures Sdn Bhd (MCMV), a strategic partner in identifying business opportunities in Malaysia, to develop Hemp plantation together with a full downstream Hemp industries in Malaysia. This initiative will promote the connectivity and development of the two countries and regions. This will also further upgrade China-ASEAN cooperation, promote regional economic integration and economic globalization and promote the construction of an open world economy.
Hemp fibre is the natural and environmentally friendly alternative for industrial applications. It is commonly called as industrial hemp and is a variety of the Cannabis sativa plant species that is grown specifically for industrial use. It has quite a huge global demand. Industrial hemp with a supplement of biodegradables can be used as an alternative to plastic, cotton, wood, steel and synthetics. You name it, and a hemp version can be produced: from clothing to paper, from tableware to automotive and scooter parts, from musical instruments to bird feed, from yoga mat to furniture stock fodder, animal bedding, garden mulch, ropes and cordage, fibreboard, insulation, plastics, a form of concrete (hempcrete), clothing and textiles, paper, restoring fields depleted of nutrients, cleaning up toxins in contaminated soils, food for human consumption, cooking oil, biofuel, medicines – particularly cannabidiol, cosmetics and skin care,water filters. There are literally endless possibilities.

MCM VENTURES SDN BHD (MCMV) AND HUAHAI INTERNATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS CO., LTD. TO COLLABORATE ON LNG FARM TANK FACILITY.

9th December 2019

The parties have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on 9th December 2019 outlining their shared interests in establishing a LNG Farm Tank Infrastructure. Following from the MOU, MCMV intends to enter into a joint venture with Smart Crest to develop RM2Billion LNG Tank Farm Facility in Tanjung Bin Johor.
MCMV aims to be at the forefront of providing LNG storage capacity to cater for new oil trading start-ups that has established LNG off take from buyers in mainland China.
MCMV plan to work closely with partners over the next 24 months to finalize plans and specifications for new LNG Tank Farm facility, with an anticipated storage capacity of 480 thousand metric tons of LNG.
