MCM VENTURES SDN BHD (MCMV) AND HUAHAI INTERNATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS CO., LTD. TO COLLABORATE ON LNG FARM TANK FACILITY.

▲ The parties have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on 9th December 2019 outlining their shared interests in establishing a LNG Farm Tank Infrastructure. Following from the MOU, MCMV intends to enter into a joint venture with Smart Crest to develop RM2Billion LNG Tank Farm Facility in Tanjung Bin Johor.
▲ MCMV aims to be at the forefront of providing LNG storage capacity to cater for new oil trading start-ups that has established LNG off take from buyers in mainland China.
MCMV plan to work closely with partners over the next 24 months to finalize plans and specifications for new LNG Tank Farm facility, with an anticipated storage capacity of 480 thousand metric tons of LNG.
